Platform registration conditions 

Certain features of NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM require registration and an account. Before you can register on the NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM, you must have read and accepted the Personal Data Protection Policy. 

You declare that you have the capacity to accept these general conditions of use, that is to say that you are over 16 years old and not subject to a measure of legal protection for adults (put under judicial safeguard , under guardianship or curatorship). 

Before accessing NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM, the consent of minors under 16 must be given by the holder of parental authority. Our Platform does not provide for the registration, collection or storage of information relating to any person aged 15 or under. 

You can create an account as follows: 

• Fill in manually, on NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM, the mandatory fields appearing on the registration form, using complete and accurate information. To register your account, you will need to submit certain personal information to our platform, such as your first and last name and your email address. 

Conditions of access to NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM 

If you have not created a Member account on NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM, you can still access NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM and take advantage of the consultation services offered but you won't be able to benefit from all the features and you won't have a personal profile. In fact, certain accesses will not be authorized to you. 

Information provided by you 

Each person warrants that the information they provide regarding their identity and contact details as part of the Service is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for the sincerity and accuracy of this information. You agree to regularly update all information to maintain its accuracy. 

NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies that may be found in the information you have provided to us, nor for any damage that may result therefrom for other Users or third parties. 

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your username and password at all times. You can only have one account. 

Intellectual property 

With the exception of all the content of the Best Practices introduced by the Users, all the technical, graphic, textual or other elements constituting the Service and/or NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM (texts, graphics, software, multimedia files, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, graphic charter, technology(ies), source codes, names, trademarks, logos, visuals, databases, etc.) as well as NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM and the Service themselves are the exclusive property of NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM. 

Any use not expressly authorized of elements of the Service and/or the NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM engages the civil and/or criminal liability of its author and may lead to legal proceedings against him. 

All the content of the Best Practices introduced remains the exclusive property of the person or organization that introduced it at the platform level. 

User Obligations and Code of Conduct 

User Obligations 

As part of the use of NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM, we ask you to agree to: 

• Guarantee the accuracy, integrity and legality of the information you provide on NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM regarding your identity and contact details; 

• Guarantee the proper use of NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM; 

• Create only one account within the Platform ; 

• Refrain from entering information and/or messages, comments and other malicious, denigrating, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, violent, racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, deliberately misleading, illicit and/or contrary to public order or morality; 

• Respect the rights of third parties, and in particular the right of everyone to respect for their private life, their image and their other rights, as well as intellectual property rights (copyright, related rights, right to the databases of data, trademark law, patent law, designs or models, trade secrets, etc.); 

• Not to usurp the quality, attribute or identifier of another User or a third party likely to mislead or create any confusion as to his identity, the origin of the Information, content that it broadcasts or transmits within NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM; 

• Not to alter or disrupt the integrity of the Platform and/or the data contained therein; 

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM or associated systems or networks or to intercept data; 

• Use NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM in compliance with applicable national and/or international laws and regulations. In the event of a breach of one of these obligations, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the User's account. 

Code of Conduct 

NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM is a community web platform based on mutual aid and sharing. Everyone is invited to participate. 

The content is moderated a posteriori, that is to say that no message will be reread before its publication. Articles and Best Practices are therefore published immediately, but are likely to be checked by the moderation team and the administrators of our Platform, after the member has entered the data. 

The role of the moderation team and administrators is to ensure the proper functioning of NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM, by discarding all texts which, by their unworthy nature, prejudicial to people, destructive or manifestly irrelevant, harm exchanges. Moderators and administrators also exclude any text contrary to the laws in force. 

The following are thus subject to moderation (non-exhaustive list): 

• racist, hateful, homophobic, sexist or defamatory texts 

• advertising texts 

• obscene, pornographic or harassing texts 

• texts mentioning specific contact details such as a telephone number, a postal address and whose origin and accuracy cannot be verified by the moderators or could cause harm to people 

• texts published in multiple copies 

• off-topic or controversial texts 

• texts in abbreviated language or whose spelling is too approximate 

• texts written entirely in capitals 

In the event of non-compliance with these rules and instructions, the NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM team will completely block access to the NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM for a user. 

Interruption of service for maintenance or improvement 

Access to the Service may be interrupted for reasons including maintenance, updating and in the event of an emergency or lack of funding. More generally, the interruption of the Service whatever the cause, the duration or the frequency, will not engage our responsibility and will not entitle the User to any compensation. 

Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of money, or reputation, nor for special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the interruption of the Service. Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to hardware, software or data (example: viral contamination) suffered by the User as a result of his use of the Service. 

To avoid inconvenience as much as possible, you must ensure that regular backups are made of your information entered at the platform level. A "bug" in NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM may cause you to lose some of your entered data, alter it or expose it. However, we undertake to make every effort to restore them as far as possible and to guarantee you access to NCW BP Inventory PLATFORM as quickly as possible.
